@sj_zero Every election teaches us a lesson about campaigning. Sometimes the lesson is surprising, like "polls can be inaccurate in some situations." Sometimes the lesson is less surprising, like "if you call the voters garbage nazis a week before the election, they won't vote for you."

You buy a shitter dump somebodies dead parent left them they want to get rid of, fix it up nice and rent it out, equity goes up because it's not a shitbox then you take out a loan against your more valuble house to buy another shitter and do it again. Do it once a year for 10 years and you got 10 rental properties with postive cash flow paying off your mortgages and enough monthly cash flow to quit working a wage cage job and the property value went up by 1-2 million dollars collectively from when you bought them.

If you like finding the deals but don't like fixing shit up or land lording you can be a wholesaler who just finds the deals, get the house under contract without paying a single cent for it and then turn around and sell it to a real estate investor for 10% comission.

@Shadowbroker2135 @sj_zero You don't need money to flip houses, that's what loans are for. There are tons of investors who loan people money for that kind of thing. And like I said, if you do wholesale house flipping you don't need any money at all, you don't even get a loan. You just put the house under contract so nobody else can swoop in then sell the contract to somebody else who actually wants to flip it but doesn't want to bargain hunt for houses all day.
Something to think about, especially if you broke. Anybody can learn it and get rich, just gotta hustle and grind for a few years.
