Toyota is talking about putting out a $10,000 pickup truck called the IMV0. It's just a basic work truck, no fancy stuff.

I tend to agree. That's why it's "if it shows up in these markets". There's lots of cheap vehicles that you can't buy at any price because they're only being sold in other markets like south asia or africa.
But it sure would be nice. I think a lot of people want to see more basic affordable choices.
