@flux_the_cat they are not gonna go house to house and seize them thats just a boomer fantasy. They will just make most guns illegal and make buying ammo as difficult as buying sudafed.
Maybe decades from now they might but not anytime soon.
I recommend a stripped receiver if that's all you can get. Usually around 80 to 100 plus 30 txfer fee ffl. Then buy upper kit, lower kit etc one slice at a time but at least you can get everything else in mail.
I would do that myself but I don't believe in owning guns
Also, don't ever autistically study reloading. That would be bad. And never ever go to a tire shop and offer to dispose of old tire weights. That would be very bad.
@condret@Terry@meso Aren't those the "protests" where people keep attacking mosques because they think that the Southport stabbing perpetrator was Muslim (he was not AFAIK)?
@pepsi_man@Terry I couldn’t say, as I’m here in Israel’s Downs Syndrome-afflicted older brother America. What I can say for sure is that American cops would have just opened fire on that girl and then claimed they were “in fear for their safety”. And they would have gotten away with it completely.
@Terryi mean "take our guns" in the sense that they want to do away with the second amendment. i'm not retarded enough to believe that they would ever try to go house to house confiscating guns.
@Terrynot only will they never go that far, they *can't* ever go that far. but they want to. they want to very, very badly. the jews are constantly seething that the goys are allowed to have guns here in the states. they would love to be able to send pigs to your door for every little slight just like they do in bongistan but they can't.
They absolutely would. They'd do no-knock raids in the middle of the night on people suspected of not having turned in their guns. They already do this if they think you have a particular bent scrap of metal, or if somebody called in a baseless "red flag".
@BobsonDugnuttHB@Terrythats how the russiens did it, and it worked. glowniggers have a tendency to stop coming to your door to drag you off to the gulag if there is a 12 gauge waiting for them.
@Some_German_Guy@TerryEven if the anglos don't have any guns lying around, a little false compliance followed by a brutal shanking will send a few messages, too.
This is how things fizzle. Zero strategy on the part of the rioters. They didn't even go sleep in their car on the side of the road for a day or two, much less arrange safehouses.
@sun@Terryits a common tactic of the police. An average joe could only take the financial hit of rioting a few times every year while a cops career job is to knock down peoples doors. Rioters win in manpower but ultimately lose in man hours.
standard divide and conquer tactics. put on your mask and leave your phone if you are ever going to riot
@gentoobro@TerryPeople don't go from 0 to "axis of resistance" overnight, the recent developments are a big escalation in the UK both politically (Farage getting seats in parliament) and the current riots (the last drop in a pool of violent acts committed from migrants nobody wants or asked for).
The British have a sentimental relationship with their institutions and that is very hard to overcome in a short time. They'll get there in time, many see the Government now as the enemy, that is the first step. Strategical thinking will soon follow, it will be slow though the government will soon have eyes on every corner, the UK is pretty much run as a stasi-like regime.
Escalation is unavoidable now because those in power will do nothing but increase repressive measures to the natives.
But that's the whole problem. They don't have much time left. If they don't accept that their government is against them and start thinking strategically really damn soon, they could very well just get stomped out by the jackboots. And make no mistake, that is the strategy of the jackboots: stomp out resistance through fear by utterly ruining the lives of random people they can catch easily.
@Griffith@TerryAnd they're not even armed. If that crew showed up at my house, trying to take me into custody...Idk man. I'd probably roll the dice on that, rather than risk a 10 year sentence because they discovered I posted something about demographic change online.
@Flint_Valmara@Griffith@Terrywell the usual problem is the ratio of manpower. in the most basic view if a singular person is facing off against 10 then it is more likely the 10 people side will take the first shot and not have a single casualty
@Terry Shameful behaviour by the police. There is no need for them to smash the door glass here, they didn't even give them much time to answer. Now they have advertised to burglars that they can go there and steal. Which we know they won't be solving anything stolen from there because they are too busy with mean tweets and whatever this is. Real big of them. This isn't even going into whether the woman has a disability which would make their behaviour here impact her worse. The only people here that look like thugs are these police... no wonder ordinary people don't trust them.
@Griffith@Groomschild@TerryYes, this is a very important point. It is crucial for the state to perpetuate the illusion that they have and endless amount of boots on the ground who are willing to die for the state.
@sun@Terry@sim i don't have uk politics sources but they probably didn't hide so much as obey a stand-down so they could get the footage, then have a politician grand stand about how we need more fascisms as the only solution.
@sun@Terry@sim the way you can tell its a shit-op is when its a System (kacynsky) endorsed protest the police do nothing, when its a genuine protest they send SWAT to shoot everyone.
@Terry@sim@sun calling it system endorsed is probably more precise because i don't think its paid actors and false flags or whatever i think its just capitalizing on stupid behavior when it suits you (there are of course provacateurs in some instances, as told by the brick palettes appearing in random locations nowhere near construction but right where protests happen two days later)
@thendrix@Terry@icedquinn@sim quinn may be right that (my interpretation) police simply did not care about order and delighted in letting these people incriminate themselves so they could be rounded up later. no consideration whatsoever about addressing the cause of the unrest (the murder of children I mean, not "racism")
@Griffith@Terry@Flint_Valmarathat is part of the point I am making. any one riot can overwhelm the cops but the problem is all those rioters have to go back to work when the work week starts again. while everyone is at work the cops can organize and destroy the rioters piecemeal
Solzhenitsyn quotes a Soviet official as saying, “Your punishment for having a knife when they searched you would be very different from the thief’s. For him to have a knife was mere misbehavior, tradition, he didn’t know any better. But for you to have one was terrorism…” This distinction highlights the Soviet regime’s emphasis on ideological purity and its willingness to differentiate between “enemies of the state” and common criminals.
@Griffith@Terry@Flint_ValmaraDefeat in Detail is what the police use. 100 police will lose to 10000 rioters but if those police can divide the 10000 rioters into small parts then they will win
i don't really know whats going on in the UK i just know that the playbook is the system has the cops stand down so they can pivot a protest under their narrative for more control
@Groomschild@Griffith@Terry@Flint_Valmara I was once in a two on four altercation and the smallest guy in their group through the first punch. It ended in a draw only because me and my buddy knew how too fight, but it was definitely a scary situation
@icedquinn@Terry@sun@thendrix We live in scary times. Honestly, none of this seems real and I cannot keep up with it as my life has become more stressful and busy in general. I'm hoping to take up a new hobby too, good bonding sesh with others that will share it perhaps. Guess I'll see where this goes but it doesn't feel good right now. The state has given the police powers to be authoritarian thugs, to overuse their power.
- just propose it in public to see if they'll get killed over it, or, - just go ahead and do it while lying about it. maybe test pilot moving it public now and then to make it cheaper
the problem is if you, dear peasant, even ATTEMPT a disruption of the order you go to the gulag. peasants must be controlled and put down.
important people, why no. they simply suffer a minor embarassment that "lets just take over the planet already" bill was shot down, but otherwise are free to do it again in ten minutes when the populists think they won
People need to hold the fingermen accountable, but the real change is removing the politicians running the fingermen. Reform is a good start, but likely too late.
@icedquinn@Terry@sun@thendrix I suppose. I'm also confused about this, because ordinary citizens don't have the power to go bash someone's door window in to arrest them, but the police have this power which would never be extended to citizens. It's weird.
Don't worry about it too much. When people are hungry and angry enough things happen no matter what anyone else wants. The state enforcers and leadership are just men, and they have to sleep somewhere at night.
@icedquinn@Terry@sun@thendrix Perhaps. I mean, in the past, the cops were ordinary citizens expected to do guard duty now and then. They had to pay to get out of their duty. We have lost this, we have lost having community police where you get to know your local policeman and villages had police houses that villagers could go to.
@sim@Terry@sun@thendrix yeah beat cops were probably a better idea. there's been studies on motor patrol is actually worse for community fabric. even just having the car makes them act less attached.
i think really all people have to do is just start implementing Lodge policy: you stake your career every time you propose a vote, and if the vote fails you're fired. they do this because you're supposed to know your lodgemen and have worked out the deal before bothering everyone with an official vote.
and, probably, to stop things like the modern strategy of just grinding power grabs with impunity.
@naaksit@Terry@sim@sun@thendrix j6 was another stand down lmao. even orange man requested additional security, so they sent all the guards away on covid patrol or some shit
@icedquinn@Terry I hate to add this, but it might also be women. I have seen female police officers be more aggressive than the situation calls for before... it is shameful. You'd think they would have more empathy but they seem to leave it somewhere. They end up behaving like cold-hearted thugs.
@sun@Terry@naaksit@sim@thendrix and everyone in the thread is telling you that it's not that they can't, but they don't want to.
blowing up a mosque doesn't hurt anyone in The System so why bother? you can just slap the footage on your next total surveilance state speech (which is exactly what they've done)
@sun@Terry@naaksit@sim@thendrix guarantee if guy fawkes was trying to blow up parliament again the RAF would be fucking airdropping from god to shoot everyone
A nation that can't control its border isn't a nation. It all falls down from there. You end up in a several 'bad ends' from bandits and cartels to another nation-state taking power.
your right security shouldve protected the politicians and started hosing down every unauthorised retard down in your countries capitol without predujice.
thats a better than trialing and arresting people afterwards.
@Flick@Terry@icedquinn It's sad really. Because female officers have their place, but if they are behaving just like the men, detached... then we lose out on what that is.
Have you noticed this pattern? I still remember what happened to an autistic teenage girl, it was the female officer that had her arrested and no one knew how to soothe her when she had a meltdown in front of them. Same officer had her pepper spray out, spraying people standing around while her male officers were standing back, more or less relaxed compared to her... just crazy.
@BobsonDugnuttHB@Some_German_Guy@TerrySeriously though. A big mob of hooligans grab a couple cops, smack em around, strip them naked and make them march through the streets for everyone to see. The power structure needs to be humbled and that means humbling their lap dogs. I guarantee the muds will take notice and think twice, at the very least.
Liverpool has some real rioting going on. The police just barged through some bins left in the road with their vans. One of the bins on fire. A van stopped near this guy, and police came out and cordoned off the road. Seems they are doing something, but took their time since the street was looted.
@thendrix@Terry@icedquinn@naaksit@sun Perhaps. It is insane what is going on here though. Men with masks are moving bins about. Just like what happens in the US. It has been imported here too now.
For one thing the people with masks here literally get government hand outs, win money in court after burning down a church and attacking the Whitehouse, and are lead by federal agents.
I guess you never heard my math lesson about NYC. There are so few cops per capita if there is mass civil unrest they likely won't last 30 mins alive. Policing levels in major cities are at 1950s levels of staffing across the US right now. However population is peak and gangs outnumber cops 100:1.
The best cops and feds can do is swarm a single place and lock that down if they have larger numbers. People have figured this out, and that's why some cities stop charging for various crimes from traffic violations to robberies to violent crime. Cops will only attack people that respect their authority, or if they have much larger numbers.
@naaksit@Terry@icedquinn@sim@sun@thendrix us police behaved that way (beating, maiming, indiscriminate arrests) during 2020 protests, and all it did was make more protests
they didn't do so much for jan 6 thing because crowd there had guns
No, it was because J6 was all feds and tourists. Feds -- Capital Police -- did kill two unarmed and isolated protesters, but they also suppressed the videos.
@thendrix@Terry@icedquinn@naaksit@sim@ageha its crazy how they accidentally deleted all records of every agent's phones and so they couldn't be used in court cases or freedom of information act.
There is a good tell. When they kettle up everyone or not at these events. They can't have half the people rounded up being agents and employees as people will notice much easier.
@thendrix@Terry@icedquinn@naaksit@sim@ageha I don't have the video on hand but I saw video of arrested protesters giving the cops hand signals and the cops hand signaling them back and letting them go lol
Well, they need to not exist at all in most of these cases. Tax agencies turning into death squads is an evolution that doesn't happen overnight. Also "temporary task force" that's now three agencies.
@thendrix@Terry@ageha@icedquinn@naaksit@sim I haven't paid active attention to J6 stuff at all but nearly every thing I have seen has contradicted media version of events and has been utterly irrefutable
People that knew about the magnetic locks and such knew it was bullshit from the start. Video of people getting waved in and escorted around was just icing on the cake.
@gentoobro@Griffith@Terry@Flint_Valmarawell yeah. but the station is the organization point for those cops. without it it will be harder for them to organize and bring in criminals. which will result in a lower amount of rioters they can arrest per day.
in such a case would you rather have the cops be able to arrest 100 rioters per day verse 10 rioters per day
@shibao@thendrix@Terry@sun@sim i mean we have a mountain of guns but we're still losing all our liberties doesn't do shit if people aren't willing to use them.
not that we should, ofc, people just need to understand that negative reinforcement should be applied to deciders too. demand firings, stop being content with just not getting choked anymore.
Well, the federal government is already dead. Just look at shit like the 9/11 plea and getting pulled the next day. Even normies are noticing no one is at the wheel at all now. It's not just open borders and kleptocrats. Those are just symptoms not the disease.
Losing the station just means they'll waste less time on paperwork. It's strong symbolic statement, but doesn't change much from a practical standpoint.
Now the cars and vans, that's a whole different story...
