@thatbrickster my problem was when I was veg I wasnt eating enough beans and unfortunately I do not like tofu
@georgia @thatbrickster no matter how much beans you eat they don't provide the amino acid profile, or cholesterol, iron and b vitamins of meat. there is a practical limit to how much beans you want to eat, especially estrogenic beans like soy

@Hyolobrika The benefit of not being fibre-deficient is not having any flatulence issues. I prefer my beans soft and many.
