I can manage 80g protein in a day, not sure what you're getting. My secret is beans.

@meso @lucy the 53 percent muscle mass that my scale indicated is obviously BS lol I think somewhere I need to input how much my bones weigh so it doesnt do that but ive never gotten that scan

@georgia @thatbrickster no matter how much beans you eat they don't provide the amino acid profile, or cholesterol, iron and b vitamins of meat. there is a practical limit to how much beans you want to eat, especially estrogenic beans like soy

i have been eating like 10 eggs a day lol and it's totally fine. i feel great.

@Hyolobrika The benefit of not being fibre-deficient is not having any flatulence issues. I prefer my beans soft and many.
