So, this allegedly just happened in Canada. Refused to give a bank customer $3000 cash out of their account. Wanted proof of what it was for first.

@kaia @feld i don't think any bank here (beside the really old ones) even has some place you could withdraw cash in person like that just isn't a thing anymore?

@7666 @feld people keep getting scammed so fraud departments gave up and started training tellers to just make all big cash withdrawals more difficult
