Idea: sculpture that on wet and windy days acts like a glass bottle half filled with water that when you blow on it you make a noise
The sculpture would be filled by the rain, and the wind would provide the blowing

@volkris @hasani He's not saying they have no legal ability. He's saying that they have no practical ability because "to impeach you need to gather evidence".
