Advocate for freedom and tolerance even if you say things I do not like

Adversary of Fediblock

Accept that I'll probably say something you don't like and I'll give you the same benefit, and maybe we can find some truth about the world.

Ah... Is the Alliteration clever or stupid? Don't answer that, I sort of know the answer already...

Take that, orange man!

Before he went totally nuts, I used to really enjoy watching Thunderf00t, but if you listened only to him you'd think that Elon successfully did this once barely. Successfully recovering rockets 100 times in a year is imo really a notable achievement.

I don't know about how much it changes the economics of spaceflight solely because I just don't know. But it sure seems like it ought to change a lot.

Working class vs. the unborn.

"Thou shalt keep giving us money from our grandkids. Sell every last one of them to bankers so we can continue living a more comfortable life."

Thought the original PS3 was like 750. I bought a used SUV with a safety for 500 that year.

"in other news, today hackers were able to successfully breach the only cans app, potentially exposing millions of smart toilets."

"day 761. It has been over 2 years since I have had to open a terminal window to do something relatively benign. I can feel my sanity slipping."

Windows Mobile and palm handed the whole industry to apple by having a product that sucked balls.

Yeah, fair enough. "Really old person died" isn't really the same kind of thing.

Ngl a lot of people made phylactory jokes about the elder litch rbg when she died, and I'm not apologizing for mine.

And yet you'll still starve to death if it's all you have to spend.

With Kier in charge, 3 billion pounds won't buy a loaf of bread by 2030 so don't sweat it.

The original anti-semites.

Just imagine if they could actually finish to the end of the thought and realize maybe that's why Trump won...

You know, I'm on the fediverse. The part of the fediverse that has basically everyone saying whatever pops in their head with no regard for how WTF it is. Not a lot of stuff shocks me anymore.

But.... WTF....

The press would do this unironically.

A lot of people don't realize, the presidency isn't some mega congressman, or ultra senator, it is the individual who is responsible for execution of the laws of the country.

Forget about every single piece of ideology. Do you really think that someone who had more institutional support than her opponent, easily twice as much money, whose opponent had been shot at, arrested, sued, impeached twice, who had been attacked by every late night talk show host almost every night for 8 years, and then not only does the losing campaign lose, and lose big, but they also in them deeper in debt than most individuals will make in terms of money throw their entire lives, and that someone like that should be president?

"Oh this politician didn't support her correctly!" Donald Trump became president the first time with absolutely no support from his own party. He actually achieved them some things in spite of the fact that even after he became president, good chunk of his party wasn't supporting him. He ended up sticking by what he thought was right, and eventually ended up changing everyone's minds. Now that seems a lot to me like leadership.

Imagine a tourist who will come into your motor oil community and Start talking about how you need more women and minorities...

I started working on my third book this week, which is in a similar genre to this.
