Remember when Coca-cola "got woke and went broke" in April 2021 "destroying its brand"?

Conservatives don't get it.
Budweiser unlocked access to trillions in ESG funding, and I will bet the "boycott" has no staying power.
If Conservatives cared about Fox being conservative, they wouldn't still be watching it.
The people moving these chess pieces are all in the same club.

> Are you sure Ron is doing bad with the establishment GOP?
That was the premise of this thread and @feld provided multiple links supporting that so I was rolling with it

> People realize the RINOs best chance to prevent Trump from running is with Ron.
But if that were true wouldn't Ron be doing better with the establishment GOP?

> He's clearly gone too far on the 'anti-woke' shit and they really really don't like him attacking businesses like Disney.
Isnt trump just as anti-woke or more so?
> Attacking businesses is not Republican
Ok. I can see that..

The right enjoyed it when Trump attacked the Republican field of candidates the first time around because they were a bunch of do nothing RINOS (except for Rand Paul), but attacking Ron is not appealing.
This isnt "rule of law" anymore. It doesn't matter what you do, only why you do it, and whether that benefits the regime or not..

> Pelosi said she welcomed the protest and called on the police βto allow them to continue to organize and participate in our democracy.β

Another one they do is, "the Internet reacted to.." and then proceed to tell you how to think. Well, how to think if you dont want to be that one weirdo who disagrees with the entire internet!
> I simply cannot imagine that each and every officer who has occupied positions where resistance to the deep state could have been put in place would have taken the easy route, the 'just following orders route'
But they always do, historically speaking.

"Fact laser" is too direct and implies the conservative has agency..

For sales ending the week of April 8:
> Bud Light posted a 7 percent decline in off-premise dollar sales, a 10.7 percent decline in volume
> βThat being said, while the increased declines for Bud Light were apparent, they were also not completely earth-shattering in terms of magnitude,β
So.. Budweiser takes a brief hit to sales, unlocks trillions of $ in ESG funding, and Conservatives sleep tight, confident in the knowledge that Budweiser "went woke, and got broke"
Rinse and repeat, and thats how we got to where we are.

> Not sure why you are arguing with nobody...Or rather responding to arguments that no one is making.
I'm arguing with you or anyone who uses the phrase "get woke, go broke" unironically.
It is a conservative fantasy. It is a cope.
> "Get Woke, Go Broke" is just a slogan; not a Premise.
I'm not saying the phrase is designed as a tool for controlled opposition, but I dont think it would look different if it was.
It essentially gets conservatives to cheer the advance of cultural Marxism, because they can respond to each incident just by being smug and chuckling the catchphrase, while another chunk of culture is corrupted and eroded. Meanwhile these companies never go broke, and ESG funds ensure the companies are rewarded.the
