I had to start with push ups on my knees and with grips
But after a couple of weeks I could do normal push ups, after a few months I lost the grips too
After I got over the initial pain I started investing in little tings. A pull up bar, dumbbells with school weights, a cheap cable thing that I could hang from the pull up bar.
Lastly I finally got a half rack and a bench and a barbell with weight plates and cloves.
I just started a full body workout schedule.
