So I recieved The American Community Survey letter from from the Census Bureau today. Can anyone explain why the online access code is printed on the front of the envelope.
They did that here too (I'm still bitter about that), but I guess they protected businesses so they could keep paying paychecks rather than giving individuals cash so they can quit their job.

2. By putting targeted sanctions on Russian Oligarchs, the US made sure nobody could really try to undermine Putin from within Russia. Individually targeted sanctions are something that will probably never be relaxed until the war is completely over, so there's no good reason for any of the sanctioned people to do anything except align under Putin - the sanctions "bound them all together".
