I'm convinced that multiculturalism is not popular among people, it's only popular among aristocrats and oligarchs.
Getting a multicultural nation gives you cheap labor, internal conflicts (extra voters, two party systems), extra conscripts, birth rates, extra debt allowance, expanded welfare state (more problems = more government).
Single culture nations in other hand, have high trust societies, less crime rates and less prisons.

I don't think this is intentional, more of a miscalculation. Once you build an empire on a foundation of lies, it's only a matter of time before it collapses. I don't think this is a worldly geopolitical issue as much as it is an empire coming to the brink of collapse because someone somewhere slipped up and dialed down the population pacification too much.

This event is similar to the Shiloh one to the effect of Whites throwing off the chains that bind them to egalitarianism. It's nice to see. Terrible that people have to get murdered for them to understand. The news agencies reframing the attack isn't doing them much good either.
