​​ just got off the phone with a buddy of mine . He works at one of the big American Mega Corporation he's one of the higher ups. Told him about this video and he says, dude you have no idea how the shit was there. He told me that from 2020 to 2023 they were doing this program where after every presentation they have to wait for a woman to talk first . He said the result was that the men never commented ever and it got so bad that the women started using it against them.
​​ the women started complaining to HR that the men were being passive aggressive because they didn't talk during presentation meetings . HR tried to get the men to engage, but never did . They finally did away with the whole thing because they had an entire week of presentation with absolutely no comments or inputs because the women felt like they were stupid and the men didn't ever wanted to risk speaking out of turn . I asked him why he didn't speak up then and show them it was okay , he said because he couldn't lose his job.
So now they just record someone doing a presentation then send it to each of the people individually and ask for comment . There's no corporate unity and they don't do any luncheons or whole staff things anymore because the economy is so bad and the men are scared to death to lose their job
