I've been going for so long that I can't sit down. If I watch a movie, it's while I'm eating or working out etc. Never been a couch guy. I do sleep in every chance I get though, which is almost every day given I'm self-employed. Not getting enough sleep will age you as bad as, if not worse than, eating like shit.

I have a soft spot for Iran and its people. i have prayed God would make a way for them to be free for years.
there is an army on the earth now that can snatch kings and queens from their palaces at night, without losing a single soldier. they can kill an entire nation’s upper leadership in a single blow without losing a single soldier. who is like the beast? who can make war with it? it calls down fire from heaven in the sight of all.
