Not all unemployment is bad unemployment, you need to look at topline numbers remembering things like this:

Article actually postulates it's "the end of DEI." with "AI" being anticipated to seriously slam the email caste.
This being ZeroHedge you'll want to check the link which I skimmed, but it credibly says:
"Over 300,000 black women faced layoffs last year, with the trend continuing into 2026 and some estimates at around 500,000 total job losses. Currently, the unemployment rate for black women is 7.1%, far above the national average of 4.4%. Black female employees represented 12% of all federal employees in 2024 (double their share of the population in the national labor force), but they were also 33% of federal layoffs in 2025-2026."
Good bit of rhetoric to turn around and deny:
"One of the most common arguments heard in defense of the woke era was that 'black women are the most educated and successful group' in America today."
Which of course was an artifact of explicit policies to achieve just that in both colleges and companies.
