@sickburnbro SCOTUS will take the easy way out and say that Congress has to change it. Which is ridiculous because Congress never set it in the first place. The current situation is completely based on executive interpretation of the fourteenth amendment, so it is absurd to say that the current president cannot change the interpretation that previous presidents made up out of thin air.
