Critical race theory is the definition of begging the question. You start at a conclusion and then work towards supporting that conclusion. As such, it should not be surprising that it finds the conclusion it is designed to find, it should be instead surprising that anyone would accept any of the faulty conclusions coming from a faulty practice predicated upon a logical fallacy.
