@jeffcliff @thegergo02 @racuna I strongly suspect Matrix Conduit which I use is more focused on trying to follow the spec in a high performance manner than on implementing nefarious features.

@thegergo02 @jeffcliff @racuna synapse was a dream to install but immediately pegged my (admittedly very low end) server. Had no choice but to find something lighter.
