@guttersessions Important thing to note here is that this is going to be crime data that actually gets reported. The data that gets reported isn't necessarily representative of the actual data because of bias at each level.

I think the current institutional bias is clear in the direction it would lean, and the effect it would likely have on the data. The fact that even with that bias some of the data says what it says is surprising.
