I mean what sort of "Gender affirming care as in in line with their XX or XY chromosome status" is a life or death situation?
BTW, my position is that people can get whatever surgery or drugs etc they want privately, but public health (i.e. the NHS) should be reserved for things that actually cure or mitigate illnesses.
