@ba2883fb4a7f62cb851b9f5411659791cffb2e3fc8b90f683ee5091f413880a1 I need to force myself to do those. I’m a work in progress hopefully tomorrow I can get my ass to do something productive. I did just get back from a walk so that’s good.
I zone everything out when I’m on my phone because I don’t want to deal with it. Take cooking for instance, I stopped cooking bc I don’t want the -responsibility- of clean up.
I don’t just zone that out. I zone friends and family out. I’m isolated and am just on my phone. Like a zombie.
It’s the truth. My goal right now is to find a therapist because I need a professional. (Not saying that like “Oh I’m special “)
The way I’m going about life right now is a problem. It’s been a problem for the past 2 years and I can’t seem to snap out of it.
Usually during the day I’m fine. But once it hits dawn and night time, I’m frustrated and can’t relax
