I'm going off on a tangent now, but the best approach to strengths and weaknesses is to lean into your strengths and become exceptional, and just be aware of your weaknesses and manage them.
Seems like the natural inclination is to fix your weaknesses, but there is a reason it is a weakness. Doesnt mean never improve, but it does mean your time is better spent focusing on what you're good at.
