A lot of the cases were ended early on standing and laches. Essentially, before the elections they were told it was too early, after the election they were told it was too late. Really sus, and not a single piece of evidence from those cases was ever put before the court.

That said, I don't think they needed to steal the election in 2020 overtly, they had the entire media machine and all kinds of other bullshit that successfully tilted people's votes legitimately, as well as dodgy but legal shit like mail-in voting.
