@Wyliesau Germony already has this for 25 years.. I would be surprised if Switzerland doesn‘t would be a part of the water utility bill.
It was funny, because when my dad build our house in the early 80s, you were not allowed to collect the rain from the roof. Now you have to pay for it 😜

Auf unserem Grundstück verbrauchen wir das meiste Regenwasser für den Garten.
Wir sammeln es an jedem Ablauf vom Dach.
