Not voting guarantees the elite will continue to take our rights. No harm in voting. Since their are no viable options, at least vote strategically. I'll probably vote for Bobby K because I live in a deep blue area. Doing nothing doesn't help. Only fedi bois preach nihilism or violence.
A lot of things in life are a matter of faith. Why do you work hard? Why don't you go out and do drugs everyday? Why do you try to do right by your family and by your friends? There's no guarantee that any of this will pay off, but there is a guarantee that if you don't then it won't. In the same way, there's no guarantee and perhaps there's a high likelihood that voting is not going to help, but not voting has a 100% chance of not helping.

It’s not nihilistic for one to choose (as is their RIGHT) to not put their name on a piece of paper. That’s not at all what nihilism is.
This is not a democracy. This is not a democratic republic. This is an oligarchy and you can’t vote your way out of an oligarchy.
Voting is just a part of the collective hallucination that keeps you dreaming this reductionist, fairy tale about the way the world works.

I enjoy the interchange with others with everything at stake (and in another sense "nothing" if we're reduced to arms-holders and partisans).
