> game whining about heroes not killing makes them better than the villains

time to get stirner pilled
they were on the opposing force so we shot them. that makes us winners.

@icedquinn the true stirner pill would be to just declare the entire concept nonsense and not worth engaging with

@whiteline the tiger chose violence

@icedquinn to a being that just truly kills whenever it wants to there's no difference between engaging in violence and not engaging in violence

@whiteline he had some quip about the tiger trying to eat his face is moral but he is also moral for killing its ass

Shitpost or serious?

@Hyolobrika don't understand the question

Is that a shitpost or are you really "stirner pilled"

@Hyolobrika i mean interpretations of morality are a common theme in comic books and "there are no good people only sides that are least bad" is one of those

Was Max Stirner's philosophy "there are no good people only sides that are least bad" or was it more "morality is what you can get away with"?
I've never read him, but from talking to people who agree with him, I'm pretty sure it's the latter.

@Hyolobrika abstract concepts are spooks. individuals are the unit of account. but other individuals may be scheming for things too, so you should keep that in mind when you are scheming for something.

in a stirner pill world morality is just the second order abstraction of self interests in a mesh of other self interested parties, because if its not related directly to an individual living thing then its a spook of the mind.

or something. there's other blobs who know more about it.

Sounds like "morality is what you can get away with"

Also, you didn't answer my original question

@icedquinn I mean, sometimes you need to kill to stop further or worse evil. But I know that's not all Stirner believed.
