@moffintosh Yeah, I remember reading that about ancaps. Jfc
@moffintosh How so? Also, if he meant the people, not the ideology, he should have said “libertarians“, not “libertarianism“.
@moffintosh the party member who was arrested for CP. Was it actually lolicon?
@Diceynes @moffintosh @ai okay let's discuss this. I'm trusting that you're not going to wig out and accuse me of eating children or whatever so I can unblock you? Good.
I don't know why you think this but I have a guess.
I believe in the is-ought distinction. Including when it comes to racism. Racism as an *is belief*, for instance the theory of human biodiversity, is completely different morally to racism as an *ought belief*, the belief that all humans are not equal in dignity, for instance that blacks deserve to be slaves to whites, or that the life of a non-Jew is worth less than the life of a Jew (I thought this one was an alt-right lie at first but then I saw an article in a Jewish newspaper criticizing it)
I am open to the former if there is evidence for it, but I am not at all open to the latter.
Does that clear up the confusion?
