The roof agents may have wanted to take a shot earlier, but were told to stand down. Reports of the man on the roof may have been intentionally ignored, or shaniqua might have been on her break.

What I do want is Trump to get right to the end of the election with 99.999% chance of winning. I was his victory to be so assured- that noone could deny it, and then for the system to do just that. At the same time you have to believe that Trump knew that saying “peacefully make your voices heard” would be understood as “break into the capitol and throw papers everywhere.”

The reality is a mixed security detail and folks on the ground could not communicate with agents on the roof. The concerning part is they should have got Trump off the stage the moment someone was identified on that roof. The fact that didn't happen really smells.

The assassination attempt is a result of incompetence that might also have been intentionally brought about in order to create the perfect circumstances for Trump to be killed. The events of yesterday were 100% real however.
