@gabriel It depends. Some cases of tinnitus are a ringing sound that occurs in the head seemingly due to blood flow for unknown reasons that is actually heard - but that seems to eventually go away.

@Hyolobrika In some cases the tinnitus is real and is a ringing sound you're just hearing, but in most cases it isn't real.
