@Linux_in_a_Bit On web you can use https://seleb.github.io/mastodon-post-scheduler/ . Some third-party mobile clients also support this (I myself use Tusky on Android), but it was never present in any of the oficial interfaces, despite the presence of the API.
Soapbox also has post scheduling built in (though most people won't use mastodon as their backend for soapbox)
