I hate it when authoritarian progs use the word "liberal". They're not liberal. That isn't what that word means, they're just left.

@sj_zero @politicsbot Liberalism would be fine if it stopped there. Unfortunately the slippery-slope is all too real. The masses couldn’t care less about “Enlightenment ideals” - just that their “team” wins; and the Intellectuals always fall for the dumbest crap as long as they’re getting paid to keep their hands from getting dirty.
