False DMCA claims should be treated the same as boxing up the latest season of a popular TV show and trying to sell it in Walmart. Essentially a corporate death sentence.

Now, you could call the county jail and ask for the booking photo. They might have a fee and might have to have secure email or fax BUT you should be able to get it yourself.
