I could have bet this in a pool. First shit I disable and uninstall. For some reason it and avahi-daemon on installed/enabled in every distro since forever even when headless. Basically it's NSA-tier meddling in default package sets. Screen cap dis for when similar avahi-daemon shit drops eventually.
