Does anyone know which charities actually have boots on the ground in the hurricane zone in the US and are making a difference?

@sj_zero from initial reports, most all are being blocked by fema and having their supplies confiscated and are bein threatened with arrest if they try to help people. Let us know if ya find one brave enough to stand against the occupational federal terrorists in order to do what's right.
@sj_zero Samaritan's purse's headquarters is in that part of NC. They are using a huge helicopter that can deliver pallets of supplies.
