I fucking hate Redditors.

I thought the niche groups might be safe, but no. 2024 Reddit, a far cry from the golden days, is the most hive-minded fart-sniffing group of retarded faggots that I have ever observed.

@eriner same with hacker news :(

@eriner I miss the old Reddit where you could find cool things like u/poemforyoursprog
but I left years ago due to the retardedness

@eriner it really sucks because at one time it was the best thing on the internet! I learned a ton from r/gardening and the friends of Amazon sub was awesome. By 2020 it had changed big time and I couldn't take it anymore. The censorship hellhole it had become was disgusting to me. F Reddit

I had an account pretty early, probably around 2008 (maybe later, I don't remember it was a long time ago). I'll admit, I was probably part of the cancer back then, but I was doing my best. It slowly morphed into something quite different over time. By around 2015 it was insufferable in many ways but still had pockets of excellence. By then though, I'd seen the writing on the wall and left. Nothing I've heard since makes me think I made a mistake.

@sj_zero that tracks almost 100% with my experience.

@eriner
At least some of them are actual bots that just rehash other posts for reddit points.
