@psnacks none of my joints usually do. i’ve never been able to crack my knuckles either
@mia i learned it from a girl in elementary school and got really good at it for some reason. Can't fucking stop anymore, it's become compulsive
@mia my right knee is destroyed when I squat down I physically cannot stand back up unless I maneuver a way in which I stand up with my left left first and slowly put pressure back on my right leg

@Hyolobrika @mia @psnacks keep either your legs (below the hip) or your torso stationary and then turn the other half of your body in a direction. usually if you keep your torso stationaryesque and you push one of your legs above the other and further to the side it'll crack while laying down
