It doesn't seem that way because there's so much zombie money floating around, but wokeness requires that all standards be abandoned, because the worst thing that you can do is judge something that's bad. At the end of the day, eventually the money will run out, and even the wokest company needs to either give up on stuff that doesn't move product, or they just go to business or get bought up by someone else.
It has been able to sustain itself in American companies for as long as it has solely due to incredible amounts of money printing. Which in the short term looks like it reverses the laws of physics, but only in the same way that a plane pointed at the ground seems to not have gravity when you're inside of it.
