@Hyolobrika i can recommend starting by making some basic websites using HTML and JavaScript, it's really easy to get started with and gives you graphical, interactive results quickly (this helps with motivation). it also sets you up for learning more advanced webdev stuff and there are plenty of jobs looking for those skills
@lizzy I should say that I already have basic coding skills from long ago. I just never got higher and I'm probably out of practise.

you need those skills for freenet too. they use the same frontend as the web, but the form of distribution and backend is different. the thing im recommending to get started basically applies just the same to freenet as it does to the regular web
