Trans/etc people of fedi, if someone doesn't actually believe that you are the gender you identify as, would you prefer they use the pronouns you prefer or the pronouns that they believe are more accurate? Would you prefer they be polite or honest?
This extends to all potentially gendered terms referring to you.
