we can't really do decentralized yet says the company who analyzed and rejected an already proven decentralized social media model and somehow went with tech that has now allowed them to raise millions in VC that those using the proven model cannot.

it's lock-in. they have it. we do not. @pluralistic gets it. that's why the investments are being made. they will not be changing that "someday". the founders will cash out and call for it from their yachts. total bullshit.
