The November 26 sentencing for Donald Trump in Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg's falsified business records case against him has been adjourned by the court. This decision came on the day Trump was due to be sentenced, which has been in limbo since Merchan initially determined to postpone that until after the results of the presidential election.

The sentencing was due to be delivered after Trump was convicted on 34 felony counts in Manhattan DA Alvin Bragg's falsified business records case against him.

According to Fox News, the sentencing date was abruptly adjourned without explanation, coming on the same day that Bragg was set to file a recommendation on how to proceed to Judge Juan Merchan.

The judge has yet to issue his decision on how the Supreme Court's July presidential immunity ruling affects the case. The high court ruled that presidents have immunity for official acts but not for unofficial ones.

So, will they not just reopen all these cases at the end of his term?

@threalist

I believe they will be dismissed at a later date.

@YoungBlood @threalist

I don't think it can be dismissed because a verdict has already been spoken. They can sentence him with a low fine or something.

Then it can be dismissed on appeal.

@YoungBlood They should lose their license to practice law. That's why that option exists. For people who abuse it so it can be taken away.

Alvin Bragg has bragged about suing Trump more than 100 times already.
