I work in a factory. It is a 24-hour business.
Next month, my management is forcing everyone to come in for a single day of first shift, thereby disrupting ⅔ of our Circadian rhythms and forcing dozens of people to drive in extreme fatigue.
They are doing this so we can attend a Safety Fair event.
I don't want to go back to the bad old days of being forced to do horrifically dangerous things, but man sometimes safety people are pants on head retarded...
