It's not a good house, but for 131,500 it kind of is a good house even if it's a POS core floor that's tiny and has no back door.

I'm from Soviet canuckistan, so a crack house is a million to start in our biggest housing markets. The peak we hit nation wide was 850k, and that's you still have to live in Canada.
