@graf Does your practitioner not have some sleep aids for you?
I have unlimited refills for my Lorazepam because i only use it as an emergency stop when my insomnia kicks up.
Usually 10 of those last me half a year to a whole year because i only need them from time to time(Thankfully).
If i don't have them, well longest episode i had was 3 days, Back when i was a junkie my record was 7 days(Never again)
@XaetaCore I have lots. Two different antidepressants I don't take because they make me feel like a zombie. Amitriptyline which works but puts me out for 12+ hours and I feel groggy for an entire day after. I have lorazepam script but I ONLY take it for panic attacks. Not going to take it because I can't sleep

@XaetaCore I'm not in a position where I can sleep for 18+ hours due to a breakup. Actually been sleeping on a couch for like two weeks. Otherwise I'd take the amitriptyline. Hope something changes soon brother
@GrungeQueef @XaetaCore Gonna be a long time before I trust or open up to anybody again but I imagine I'll start to feel better soon. Going out today with some friends for drinks and jams
