@mushroom_soup In dnd3.5 scythe was one of 2 best possible weapons, out of ~hundred. Kills shit dead.

@thomasroiloup I stopped a few years ago (before DF) but I kind of miss it from time to time. Tried playing FFXIV but it didn't scratch that itch (also had a scythe in FF)

@mushroom_soup Last time I played, Legion was free so I think it was Battle for Azeroth was the latest one. Now there are like 3 free expansions so I was playing Dragonflight since that's the latest free one. It's sad but I did miss my cow because my account goes back to like 2006. I leveled to 70 and since then have just been rerunning old vanilla raids. I don't think I've played WOW with a single other player (aside from my brother) since 2013.

@thomasroiloup I'm too fucking shy to want to do dungeons and raids with strangers so I could never enjoy that aspect of the game but I hear they have NPC parties now? Makes me want to play again but I know I shouldn't
@mushroom_soup One of the main selling points that got me to resubscribe was my brother resubscribed a couple months ago, and you can do dungeons with AI bots now. They're so much better than real players that you can play like an absolute retard and just run around body pulling randomly and the tank will just run around keeping up with you. I got from 60 to 70 just doing the same one outdoor dungeon over and over that let me mount, so I'd just ride in circles on my mount pulling mobs and then the tank would throw its shield and consecrate and all that stuff, and I wouldn't even bother to dismount most of the time, and they're AI so they don't even complain about how much faster we're breezing through the whole thing. I started getting so good that I'd finally pull like packs of 20 and then die and I was like "wow we died, and no one's going to even yell at each other or ragequit."
It's especially great because I always liked World of Warcraft except for one thing, the other players, it's the worst community of faggot retards I've ever seen in any video game aside from something like Overwatch (I got reported several times for playing Pharah too much) so it's something about Blizzard games that inherently attract the lowest scum of the earth, except for me of course.
