Just imagine: 30 years ago, our civilization was so high trust that we had books delivered to every household with everyone's name, phone number, and sometimes even address.

The only reason people don't make their phone number or email address public is spam, isn't it?

My email and home address are actually public.

@sj_zero Yeah I remember when I was in school if I needed to ask a kid from class a homework question I would call around till I found where they lived "hey does jimmy live there? oh you're his grandma? May I have his number please"

@sj_zero I still have the last phone book, I received. Its such a relec now.
