I think it's some kind of signal they do every era collapse. The guy that wrote "Angel Investing" is telling people to run screaming from CA, and maybe outside the US. So basically the same idea most people had during 2003-2004.
@lain I just read Elon/X is being sued by an NGO called "HateAid" that is funded by the German government, I have no idea why they're called NGOs.
Any NGO that primarily gets its funding from governments should be renamed GO and be treated as such.

I think you heard wrong, it can be stopped, but only by giving *less* money to scientists and research institutions.
More money needs to be retained by the people who earned it.
Most of our economic woes are on account of the fact that government is taking money from productive people and giving it to unproductive people.
Not only does this make the productive people less productive, but it also puts power in the hands of unproductive people who generally have bizarre fantasies about how the world ought to work.
