Honestly, the moment she hit the gas while she was obviously being detained, she had done something that would get her killed most places. Vehicles are considered deadly weapons by cops, so when you hit the gas, it's the same as pulling a gun -- and that's not really wrong either.

She did hit him and he was taken to the hospital. They were trying to arrest her and she resisted. She moved forward and he drew his weapon. 2. Sie hat den Verkehr illegal blockiert. Darauf kamen mehrere Agenten, um sie von dort zu entfernen. Man hat ihr klar gesagt, dass sie verhaftet sei und das Fahrzeug verlassen müsse.
3. Statt dessen ist sie losgefahren, hat den Wagen gezielt gegen einen der Agenten gerichtet und Gas gegeben. Dass sie ihn nicht sofort überfahren konnte, lag daran, dass ihre Antribsräder auf dem Eis durchdrehten, wie man auf Video sehen kann.
4. Sie hat erst abgedreht, als der Agent, den sie überfahren wollte, seine Waffe zog. Sie hat ihn dennoch mit dem Wagen erfasst.
Indem sie versuchte, sich einer Verhaftung zu entziehen, beging sie ein Verbrechen.
Ein Auto wird als Waffe betrachtet. Mit dem Auto losfahren, während ein Agent genau davor stand war ganz klar ein bösartiger Angriff.
