The Island people from buttfuck nowhere are considered 'Indigenous' by the BC government.

The biggest piss off is that this hasn't happened overnight. CERTAINLY they could have clued us in or raised the alarm.

Every little functionary and rubber-stamping drone right up to the MLAs and MPs need to hang. Every one of them could've broken the silence.

Say you get a hankerin' to start your one-man drywall business but haven't accrued enough capital working for the man to have equity to claim against getting a loan. Well refi your home and fix that.

OR this is your speculative retirement property, one you'll rent until such time that you sell it to extract your capital.
