I want them to be skinned alive, and have their guts pulled from their abdomens while they are awake and can feel it all. I want their relatives (ALL of them) to witness it, then get the exact same treatment until all traces of the family line are completely erased. @Escoffier looked it up thinking there was something else the guy did. he got charged with fraud/theft basically because the prize money he "stole" was over $10,000. I can understand paying a fine and losing your fishing license (which happened to another cheater) but why would you face ANY prison time for this?
