I spent a lazy Tuesday night compiling a huge amount (yet only a tiny portion) of the history of comicsgate's rise and fall.

The failure of comicsgate ultimately is that it was always fake, and the people who supported it either had no real beliefs or were enemy agents, closeted leftists, or even blatant leftists who simply claimed they were right wing. It involves and implicates pretty much every single person in the related "culture war," down to even the most remotely involved people.

This thread will be updated with as many comicsgate stories as I feel like telling. No one else will ever tell you the whole story because they have one eceleb/friend or another to protect who is proven to be a fraud by the complete facts of the history of comicsgate.

EXTRA NOTE: Everything mentioned in this entire thread has multiple overlapping verified sources and confirmations, many with archive links, and 99% of the time those sources are the people themselves confessing/bragging about the incidents or events. Nothing in this thread is speculation unless stated that it's speculation. If you see something here with no included screenshots/clips, it only means they aren't included here. This thread is for telling the story that was already proven, not gathering every shred of proof that the story happened. There's no cause to demand "source" when you spent years trusting liars that I had exposed. If you want more evidence of anything I mention here, remember that I was always right and you were always wrong. That said, I'll still try to include as much evidence as I bothered to keep, but I'm not a historian or documentarian, I'm simply an indie comics creator who was there to witness all of this in action, and I resented even having to keep evidence of any of this because it was a distraction from my real work. When I told the truth about these events, I was called a liar by thousands of people who now parrot my every word, and to this day those people have not offered repentance or contrition.

Some quick history: Around 2011, a few friends and I started a blog called Shittywebcomics (on tumblr, because it was a "target rich environment" as my brother described it). We used it as one of the internet's only havens of bashing retarded leftist comics in print or webcomic form, and "comics journalism."

We saw gamergate come and go, we tried coming up with our own goofy embarrassingly sincere ideas for "gamergate but for comics" (NSFW 8chan board archive: https://archive.fo/AJHND) which went nowhere, and then later the supposed rise of comicsgate. Very quickly, comicsgate revealed itself to us as a dishonest bad faith movement, but that also the fandom itself, of American capeshit, were innately dishonest and bad faith people. That is a whole other topic, yet also oddly related.

These days, a lot of us from Shittywebcomics have gone on to make our own comics. Because we were honest about comicsgate from the beginning, we ended up with a lot of "refugees," jilted comicsgaters who still had no right breathing the same air as us, but also some actual honest and good faith creators, hobby guys, casual observers, all various sorts. This also included the guys who made Kamen America (big ups to Tim and Mark for always being cool to us) and eventually even guys like Doug TenNapel who ended up catching on to us eventually. Some of the information I have about comicsgate came from them, but about 95% of it came simply from being there and seeing it for myself.

Most of it was stuff I had casually observed as well. After years of people in comicsgate saying "it's nawt truuuuuuuuu" even in the face of them contradicting themselves and bragging about how it was true and that we "couldn't do anything about it," eventually I had to either start keeping archives of this stuff, or keep the stuff that a lot of former comicsgate fans/refugees/etc had been sending me this whole time.

While mentioning quartering and jim/metokur and what their relation to Shittywebcomics was:

Nothing really aside from jim marking out for ethan van sciver originally, after it had been proven that ethan van sciver was a complete fraud. Jim was made aware, with full receipts, and ignored it. Then years later he acts surprised when the rest of the internet finally realizes that ethan van sciver was a fraud and lolcow. Exact same for nick rekieta, who was very obviously a faggot cuckold going back to 2018. From there, they all drank from the wrong grail, and everyone else is finally starting to see the results of that.

Really, the biggest and best sign that all of that was going to happen was anyone who did streams seething about me, which there are many hours of evs and rekieta shitting blood with rage about how much they hated me personally, and the reason they hated me is because they're gay. It's been 8 years and everyone I know here saw it and either knew it was true the whole time or were baffled in confusion and can't figure out how it all fits together.

The most simple form of it all is that Shittywebcomics told the truth, and everyone else lied. It's why we're able to still call it right about stuff that no one else has caught on to yet or doesn't want to accept yet. It took THIS long for people to catch up to the reality of metokur, people are only now starting to bash quartering, but they still have no clue how much worse all of it really is.

I said I was against it ("it" being in general and specific activities and behaviors, such as whining about "extreme extreme antisemitic behavior" because of completely ordinary jokes about jews) on my youtube channel that had like 100 subscribers, and suddenly a thousand other youtube channels with silver play buttons were all screaming in desperate damage control panic, one guy started faking death threats against his own kids about it and claiming that he reported me to the FBI about it, and all of them ran with the hoax and were pushing it.

By the time anyone else bothered to look at the receipts that proved they were all lying, it would've been way too damaging to them to admit it, so they just went full blocklist about it, several of them went DFE and blocked anyone who questioned them while also running slander campaigns against anyone who took my side. This also included nick rekieta as one of the slanderers, but also all of the other youtubers who nick rekieta had become friends with. In fact, the couple of people from kiwifarms who actually seemed to notice what was really going on would keep telling me that it seemed to be a requirement to be allowed on nick's streams is that they had to say something negative about me at some point. It's very worth pointing out that nick rekieta and all of his friends were very happy to use their platforms to silence anyone who told the truth about comicsgate. If you said something negative about comicsgate, you were not allowed on nick rekieta's channel, and you were not allowed on any channel of anyone that was friends with nick rekieta. The greatest irony is that 90% of those people now parrot everything about comicsgate that I had said at that time. In fact, there are dozens of people who have me blocked for life BECAUSE of what I said about comicsgate who now say the exact same things about comicsgate that I did.

EDITED FOR ELABORATION: I knew one of nick rekieta's personal friends, who knew nick BEFORE he was a streamer. Let's call this guy Ryan Gosling. Ryan Gosling was a guy who was an enjoyer of the original Shittywebcomics blog going back to 2015 at least (since the blog was permanently banned after that point and no longer existed). When comicsgate was becoming a thing, it was all industry washouts and capecucks (i.e. fans of capeshit, the types of people who would let the gayest most jewish SJW writer of Captain Buttfuckman, or whatever Marvel/DC corporate property, fuck their girlfriends, wives, or mothers, right in front of them as they gleefully cheered them on while simultaneously whining about how the woke mob ruined their favorite retarded capeshit book) who were getting stream time and clout for saying a watered down pussified version of what we had already said years earlier on the Shittywebcomics blog. Ryan Gosling, being friends with nick rekieta at the very beginning of his youtube channel, before he even had 1,000 subscribers, suggested that nick have me on to talk comicsgate and the medium in general. I was on for 3 hours with him initially and was generally positive, even though I was breaking the delusional narrative that the fans wanted to be told, so most of them couldn't square the circle that I was saying that yes, capeshit is for faggots, that's why the dreaded SJWs had taken over. There was a followup "debate" on nick's channel with me and ethan van sciver, which is another story, but what happened afterwards was that, because Ryan Gosling was still friends with me, nick completely unpersoned Ryan Gosling and cut off all contact with him.

Rekieta would keep streaming with his new youtuber friends saying I had threatened to kill their kids or whatever, and it didn't matter how much I'd post the evidence that they lied, they had already blocked me and would never show any evidence even of their own claims, they would just make the claims and their fans would believe it, so thousands of people would be screaming at me all the time, and the ones who didn't block me would block me after I posted evidence that they were all lying. Metokur became friends with rekieta AFTER this, and was aware of this, because people who were aware of what was really happening would try to DM him to make him aware of this, with no response.

This was in 2018 and to this day most of them will either instantly block if asked about it or will change the subject. This includes every single person who was involved in comicsgate either directly or tangentially, it includes all of the big "nerd culture war" youtubers, basically anyone who streamed with ethan van sciver knew that the whole movement was fake, their politics were fake, their beliefs are fake, and they still are whether they're still currently part of comicsgate or not (iron age and rippaverse being desperate attempts to rebrand after comicsgate's mere recent public embarrassments, but they're still the same dishonest frauds with fake beliefs).

It gets worse (there are actual convicted pedophiles involved in nick's friendgroup, it's old news too) but this is just offhanded info that I'm only aware of because people who dig into this stuff told me about it years ago. Occasionally I'll still have some person I don't even know tell me that rekieta was doing blow with one youtuber or another, that he's not even close to the only real life cuckold doing wifeswapping with the other big nerd culture youtubers. I didn't even want to keep up with this kind of thing, and I was basically forced to because I was critical of comicsgate like 8 years ago and I had wanted to make my own indie comics. I have since been focusing on and making indie comics, though, and even worked with the Kamen America guys on comics specifically because of all of this (they were always cool with me and took my side, and partially because of that they had become unpersoned too).

Quartering's just another sargon. From what I heard, quartering signed a contract with a multichannel network (owned by theblaze I've been told), and while this has been embarrassing for them, the fact that they don't legally have to admit that he works for them means they can keep this quiet and disconnected, not having to claim his behavior. They have contracts with pretty much all the other guys he was stream buddies with, and as long as they keep getting a cut of the youtube revenue (making money for the woke mob at youtube that they claim to be against) they can afford to have the occasional dropoff. This is just offhand stuff though, I've never seen anyone do real digging into the connections, though when the suggestion is brought up, usually its met with screeching and blocks, which to be honest convinces me that it's all true and even bigger than anyone suspects.

Would it be surprising to hear that I already tried? I was on killstream once to tell the story of all the implosions that were going on in comicsgate back in just 2019, and as soon as I started talking about it, ralph had a panic attack, shut it down instantly without another word spoken, and went to ethan van sciver to get his "story" even though the entire story was that ethan was a pathological liar.

This is what also led to me telling evs "you're going to the gas chamber" which he seethed about for years. Fortunately, kiwifarms was there to hug him and snuggle him and help him feel better about it (they're also gay and complicit but that shouldn't be a surprise to anyone).

I think this should also go without saying, but jim also didn't think it was funny that I did this to his friend ethan van sciver. He was very aware of this, people posted it to him, he didn't like it, and only now after everyone else finally "accepts" that ethan van sciver is "suddenly" like this does jim go around saying that "no one's friends on the internet" after licking ethan van sciver's gunt crease for so long.

I can understand finding dick funny, I mean I get people watching THE RALPHAMALE too and just not caring about their lives being trainwrecks because it doesn't necessarily mean you're endorsing them or their behavior.

But the most insane thing that I think dick has ever done was when he started rampantly chugging ethan van sciver's piss over the whole rippaverse thing, not even because of the big stupid fight between both faggoty sides, but because dick masterson spent years talking about how much he loved Doug Tennapel and Earthworm Jim, only to end up an utter bitch to the one guy who did the most to deplatform and censor and slander Doug. Most embarrassing of all is that reethan did it by pretending to be "okay with the gays," which he would flipflop back and forth about pathetically every time he got made fun of.

None of the people involved in any of that have any real morals or principles, they just pick whatever they think you'll say is "based" and will get them clicks. When you see some dysgenic faggot screech about pronouns in some AAA slop video game, he's not actually against it, he's just faking it so you'll give him clicks and defend him on the internet (the MCN he's under contract with likes that too).

To be honest, I don't really "have" anything on quartering aside from the fact that everyone he was friends with is just another quartering. They're all boring faggots who have repackaged freeze dried self-branded coffee and make obscene money for the "woke mob" at youdentube/google by spouting youtube-approved "let me tell you how much I hate this left wing wokeness crap" talking points that their youtube handlers tell them is safe to say. They're not merely controlled opposition, they are hard left shitlibs who simply make money by pretending they aren't.

And the last person I'd want to talk about it with is something like ethan ralph who would just go "WAIT A MINUTE WAIT A MINUTE" and immediately cut me off so that he can go ask the guilty parties their "side of the story" (i.e. lies and damage control). If ralph wanted to share his side of the truth, he blew that long ago.

And don't recommend kino casino because it's the exact same story with them. Shit, just hear the fear in warski's voice when PPP is playing one of my videos and warski keeps wanting to end it before people find out that it came from me (PPP had to rescue victory from the jaws of warski, who has also blocked me more times than I can remember, because I was right when he was wrong).

[MEGA LONG POST ABOUT THATUMBRELLAGUY]

The really dark shit is the stuff I mentioned earlier about the guy who claimed I made death threats against his children. That was Thatumbrellaguy, who every single youtuber went full pisschugger for, for years, praising the guy and streaming with him and lauding him, and he got rich off of milking the Johnny Depp drama, basically streaming all day long to the point where he was clearly neglecting his own family.

Where it gets really sick is that, before all of that, he was constantly using his children as a troll shield for anything, practically shaking his 5 year old daughter on youtube screaming in her ear saying "THE SJWS ARE TRYING TO KILL YOU."

It turns out, he had sold that same 5 year old daughter to a convicted pedophile named slick jimmy. To get specific, the pedophile was LATER convicted but considering how close friends slick jimmy and thatumbrellaguy were, with both thatumbrellaguy, thatumbrellaguy's nightmarish hambeast of a wife, and slick jimmy all praising each other and talking about how much they loved each other and how slick jimmy loved thatumbrellaguy's daughter, there isn't much room for doubt that they all knew each other's secrets.

At that exact same time, thatumbrellaguy and his wife were catfishing dudes for dick pics. A lot of those dick pics were going around from ethan van sciver's personal dox/slander brigade, who called themselves "War Campaign," the guys who now go around on kino casino or podawful to damage control for their embarrassing involvement, without admitting that it was them who supported all of it in the first place.

In order to prove your loyalty to "caesar" (ethan van sciver) and comicsgate, you had to take a pic of your dick and send it to war campaign. Thatumbrellaguy's wife ended up getting a bunch of those dick pics. When asked if thatumbrellaguy and/or his wife might've exposed their children to such pictures, nick rekieta, thatumbrellaguy, and yellowflash (who is now considered a "major creator" in eric july's rippaverse) accused everyone who asked (e.g. me) of being child predator rapists, all from behind a block. No one ever called them out for this.

As the dick pics were going around, thatumbrellaguy and his wife were caught catfishing a random comicsgate fan, promising him a lucrative job in Tennessee (which thatumbrellaguy accidentally doxing himself ended up revealing that he lives in Tennnessee, whole other hilarious story though). When the comicsgate fan went out there, he ended up ghosted. The only reason I know about this is because, aside from the guy going to kiwifarms to tell his story, both Doug TenNapel (creator of Earthworm Jim) and Doug Ernst (former Washington Times (not Post) writer and now writes the Soulfinder comic for Iconic Comics who put out Kamen America's comics too) both reached out to the poor guy who got catfished and ghosted, and gave the guy money for a hotel room, dinner, and a bus ticket back home to where the guy originally lived. Doug Ernst was pretty much already hated by comicsgate at that time, and Doug TenNapel would go on to be hated by comicsgate soon after because of the Nerkish incident (the reason why ethan van sciver was whining like a faggot about "extreme extreme antisemitic material").

I learned this because Doug Ernst eventually started following me and flat out told me the story, and I found out it was already old news. I DMed Doug TenNapel about this, and he confirmed it was true. I DMed nick rekieta about this, and you can see how he reacted below. He even brought yellowflash on stream to talk shit about me, that very night. Keep in mind, I had only found out about this and asked about it about 2 or 3 years AFTER it had all happened.

Metokur wouldn't talk about this because he was friends with rekieta. Kino casino won't talk about this because they're friends with yellowflash. Ralph would only talk about it if he (temporarily) hated someone involved. Kiwifarms acknowledged it briefly and then memory holed it.

It makes me sad for the human race, because I don't seek any of this stuff out, and there's probably tons more shit that's even worse that I'm not even aware of. All of this is stuff that people brought to me over the past decade, and they clearly don't go to any of the other youtubers or streamers because none of them are honest enough. I get messages every once in a while from someone telling me that there's fucked up shit going on. Sometimes it's sourceless, sometimes it's been backed up by old info. It's not even really my business except that I criticized comicsgate in the beginning, because they were wrong and I was right. I started finding out that every time someone gets mad at me, for any reason at all, it's because they're hiding something immoral that they've done, and I either intentionally or accidentally revealed it.

I definitely shouldn't be in this position, I never wanted to be the arbiter of truth that even the supposed "truth tellers" won't tell anyone about, but here I am. I've realized it's why people keep coming to me to tell me about it, because no one else talks about it. For years I wouldn't even save evidence or "receipts" or whatever because I figured that was on other people. Then after years I realized the other people who claimed to love doing that stuff were intentionally avoiding doing it if it implicated ecelebs that they loved (kino casino is the most guilty of this out of anyone on the entire internet).

It's interesting to see people reveal their inner leftist when they think it's a leftist they're arguing against. That's why the biggest defense of comicsgate (at first) and rippaverse (later) was that if you don't fully support and endorse them then you're a SJW.

It got so embarrassing that eric july's fans went completely schizo about it and were screaming at each other about who is supposed to be leftist or not, and it blew up in eric july's face so bad that he had to go DFE on a ton of his videos and run away like a faggot.

So it's not a coincidence that he's such good friends with someone like yellowflash right now. He knows yellowflash's secrets and is hiding them, and when that blows up it's going to be extra embarrassing for all these faggoty drama streamers who are simping for either of them right now. And let me tell you, warski absolutely knows what yellowflash is really like and the shit he's done. They're covering up for each other BECAUSE they're dishonest, it's not an accident.

This is actually dangerous to point out right now, because rippaverse is directly involved with a billion dollar corporation that has his back and allegedly pays "fans" to slander and flag people for making fun of eric july or criticizing him.

Extra bizarre is that one of the people who let slip and fully confirmed that eric july is backed by a billion dollar corporation is good ol "based and redpilled jew" alex stein himself. Considering that the founder of the corporation publicly begged for dual citizenship with israel, it means that, yep, it is ya boi, the jews, who are behind all of this.

Also I want to reiterate, because I can't stress enough, that EVERYONE knew about thatumbrellaguy selling his 5 year old girl to a pedophile. Every "based" or "wholesome" youtuber you can think of, people who don't even seem like they'd be involved, from nerdrotic to doomcock to rekieta to jim, to every silver play button who streamed with all of them, from gold play buttons to 50 follower nobodies, they knew and they chose to cover it up, regardless of if they claim they didn't know or whatever.

Behind the scenes, in their DM groups and whisper networks, they knew and colluded on how to keep quiet about it.

The Nerkish incident in 2018 was the initial and only needed indication that comicsgate was fake.

Nerkish was just a regular guy who occasionally made fun of SJW "woke" comics. He initially started, interestingly enough, on tumblr, making small simple comics that made fun of leftists and social justice warriors (the eternal SJW). Nerkish blew up in popularity with very early comicsgate when he "roasted" Richard C. Meyer's comic, Jawbreakers.

For further context, Richard C. Meyer was initially known as "Diversity & Comics," a youtube channel that started in late 2017 that criticized SJWs in the comics industry. Richard is now known as "ya boi zack" because he claims someone on 4chan said that Richard's name was "probably Zack." The real reason is that Richard started calling himself that because he thought it made him sound younger.

Richard's involvement with comicsgate started primarily because he had already considered himself close friends with Ethan Van Sciver. Richard was always known for not being very smart, even from the beginning (even his own fans would constantly make fun of him for his embarrassing dogshit taste in movies and TV shows, yet couldn't fit the square peg in the round hole that richard's taste in EVERYTHING was dogshit because he was a 90 IQ dolt) so he was clearly not aware that Ethan Van Sciver doesn't actually have friends due to borderline personality disorder, bipolar disorder, and other possible or unknowable mental illnesses, which were genetic as other people in Ethan's family (also-comic creator Noah Van Sciver having made a comic that told the story of their biological father, a mormon, having bipolar disorder and abandoning the family when they were children).

For clarity, instead of calling him Diversity & Comics or D&C or zack or "ya boi zack" or any of that gay shit, I'll just refer to him as Richard.

Richard's channel blew up in late 2017 and 2018, so he started to show off some of the comics he had made to show that "going back to the 90s" was the best solution for comics. He had mistaken the 90s speculation bubble as "great readership" and wasn't smart enough to know, and not honest enough to admit, that Marvel had gone bankrupt in the 90s because the huge sales were all fake, people buying #1s thinking they were basically big colorful savings bonds that would one day pay for a college tuition or something.

Richard's comic was called "Jawbreakers" and it sucked. There was no way around it, it was just a bad comic. Richard's fans, soon to become "comicsgate," all loved it. However, it was Nerkish "roasting" (really just critically analyzing it, with some actual jokes about how stupid the book was) turned Nerkish into a comicsgate star. But only at first.

It didn't take long for the usual comicsgate behavior to kick in, and it's important to remember this out of all the parts of comicsgate, because it proves that comicsgate was not only dishonest, but mentally ill at its very core.

Around the middle of 2018, Nerkish's discord server (which was started by one of his enjoyers, Nerkish was really more of a guest there) was getting screenshotted constantly by Ethan Van Sciver's "War Campaign," the gay superfans of ethan's (he doesn't really deserve to be considered a proper noun) who had required each other to take dick pics to prove their loyalty. The screenshots of Nerkish's discord server included pretty tepid jokes about jews and so on. Very quickly, ethan van sciver attempted to use this to force Nerkish to swear loyalty to him. The DMs of this leaked, which turned into its own fake scandal (ethan whined that people within comicsgate, such as Kamen America artist Tim Lim, were trying to sabotage the movement by showing proof that ethan was a fraud).

The DM screenshots tell the whole story, but for anyone who doesn't want to read all of them, there was a comicsgate DM group with all the top comicsgate people in it. It starts with ethan van sciver praising war campaign because they supposedly "found kiddie porn 'attached to' jason yungbluth [some SJW] and reported him to the FBI." This was something very regularly falsely claimed by people in war campaign, and nothing came of it.

Nerkish calls it correctly that the war campaign guys were a blatant liability, "they're great until they aren't." Then ethan has a whiny faggot bitch meltdown, as he constantly would behind the scenes, and demands that Nerkish proclaim himself to be comicsgate, "or else I can't protect you." Nerkish says he's not comicsgate. Everyone else in the DM group DEMANDS that Nerkish actually is comicsgate. Then ethan says "fine, then I can denounce all that nazi shit in your discord." Ethan goes on to basically hold his support hostage unless Nerkish bends the knee.

Nerkish wants nothing to do with this, having children, and as it turned out he also had multiple sclerosis, and the stress of this would exacerbate the illness. Seeing his family and children as the real priority, Nerkish walked away from comicsgate entirely, shutting down his twitter account and youtube channel. He had also been working with Tim Lim (artist of Kamen America) on a comic satirizing comicsgate, called "Cash Grab." Nerkish was cowriting the comic with "cecil," an unfunny talentless jewish man who attached himself to the movement like a barnacle, and to this day continues to remain a mainstay with the nerdrotic/geeks + gamers streamers. The Cash Grab project was handed entirely to cecil, who took 5 years to get the comic finished, even with all of the help of all the "creators" in comicsgate (other incompetent pathological liars).

Nerkish dumping comicsgate turned into a public relations disaster for comicsgate. Hundreds of people left the movement overnight, with possibly thousands ultimately abandoning comicsgate over the following year (it's impossible to know comicsgate's true metrics due to botting, and indiegogo's intentionally opaque and nebulous funding system, to be explained in a future post). Ethan immediately went on to do a damage control cope stream where he basically admitted it was true, but claimed he was trying to "help" Nerkish and that Nerkish had refused him, and that Nerkish had essentially "backstabbed" ethan, resulting in ethan having to "get rid of" Nerkish. This is also where the "extreme, extreme antisemitic material" clip comes from, that was part of ethan's story of why HE had to get rid of Nerkish (instead of Nerkish intentionally leaving to not have anything to do with this fake right wing movement).

Anyone listening could tell that ethan was at fault here, but everyone in comicsgate refused to hold ethan accountable for his actions, and from there the entire movement became even more about worshiping ethan, a full "listen and believe" fandom.

War campaign used this as a huge victory for ethan van sciver, claiming that Nerkish's backstabbing was unforgivable, and from then on calling ethan van sciver "caesar." When people from war campaign go on kino casino or podawful, they make sure to NEVER talk about any of this, and use the gullibility of PPP or warski or jesse to their advantage. All of those streamers had been offered the true information of what happened, and refused it.

Along with this, war campaign also began using their many alts (they had registered hundreds by this point) to mass flag the accounts of other artists who had worked with or supported Nerkish. They also started slander campaigns and threatening to dox people and so on. They were far too incompetent to make any real effects on anyone aside from getting a few people suspended; Miss Sashi, a white South African lady who was also a pretty good artist, having her account temporarily suspended because of war campaign.

As a result, ethan's lie about the incident became the truth. The people who are aware of this include everyone else who was in comicsgate, everyone "adjacent" as well, such as the entire nerdrotic circle, mister metokur, andy warski (who started mass blocking anyone who criticized ethan van sciver), and also eric july and rippaverse. Most of these people, at some point, would eventually come around that ethan was bad, but without any strong denouncement or honest admission that they had covered up for him.

War campaign's story would essentially conclude with the disastrous situation with Dynamite Comics, where ethan's industry connections were going to get the war campaign guys a publishing deal at Dynamite. But just as Nerkish had warned ethan, it would only blow up in their faces. That's a story for another time.

One extra detail about the Nerkish incident, one of the included threats from ethan was that if Nerkish didn't bend the knee that "the SJWs will get your dox." No SJWs knew who he was or had his dox, and Nerkish had told me that the only people who knew his actual identity was richard (ya boi zack) and ethan, so that was ethan basically threatening that he'd give Nerkish's dox to the SJWs, but of course worded in a way where ethan could still claim "no, I never said that," only because he didn't say the exact verbatim words "I will give your dox to the SJWs." He thinks that doesn't count.

Regarding Eric July of "Rippaverse," a comic franchise based on his youtube channel, "Youngrippa." There are many details regarding the the dishonest actions and behaviors of this new movement, as it is not merely a rebranding of comicsgate, but contains almost 80% of the same people who were in comicsgate who were also involved in gay ops, faked death threats, etc. The exact same people who were covering up for ethan van sciver's behavior for years are now covering up for eric july and rippaverse. In fact, one of those people who covered up for ethan van sciver was indeed eric july himself, a detail that almost everyone has chosen to stuff down the memory hole as fast as they possibly could.

Eric July had gone all in on simping for ethan van sciver initially, and the only reason why he doesn't now is because of the one thing ethan was already very known for and documented to have done thousands of times.

The really interesting part is that eric july was aware that it was true and didn't care. The entire "nerd culture war" youtube sphere covered for him right up until ethan started to trash eric july. 99% of the people you see criticizing ethan now were all defending him mere minutes before that point, even in the face of all the evidence that he was a mentally ill pathological liar.

One of the more interesting points is that the one guy he put out the full name of deserved it, because it was one of the war campaign guys who had actually happily gloated about all sorts of gay ops and dox and slander and false flagging against anyone who criticized their "caesar" ethan van sciver. Whereas ethan would turn against people just so he could cry victim (saying they "backstabbed" him, hence demanding everyone call him caesar), the war campaign guys had to be dropkicked out of comicsgate because they got caught doing what ethan wanted, but doing it to the wrong targets, specifically other popular streamers such as thatstarwarsgirl (a cosplay thot and hag even at that time) making fun of her because her sister committed suicide.

All of this was information that eric july was very aware of, especially considering it was all public and happened in front of everyone, but also that it had been rubbed in eric's face when he was spending a full year praising ethan van sciver for being a "legend" and "crowdfunding indie comics success." It was certainly fitting, since ethan van sciver was just as much of an indie comics creator as eric july is, with ethan van sciver having been secretly backed up by Dynamite Comics, a comics publishing company, which precludes being an indie comic creator. And yet everyone still called him one, even though it had been proven and admitted that he wasn't one. The same way everyone still claims eric july is an indie comic creator, when he has not only backing of theblaze but glenn beck personally promoting his comics.

This doesn't even get into eric july's connections with Angel Studios (creators of Sound of Freedom), that's a whole other story too, which is connected to theblaze essentially being a moneymaking arm of the mormon church, which is also directly affiliated with israel (if you don't believe it, it's for the same reason that you initially thought nick rekieta was a wholesome trad dad, it's because you can't discern psyops from the truth, because you are a brown person).

The original discrediting of the concept of comicsgate is the same as rippaverse: they are leftists who pretend to be right wing for money. In the case of eric july, he is an openly avowed libertarian, but in the comedic meme way, the "gay farmers protecting their meth labs with recreational McNukes" way. None of their beliefs or principles are real, or were ever real. They were fabricated to trick you, the NormiePigCattle, into giving them money through direct donations or ad revenue. It's how everyone else got duped by comicsgate when I never did.

It's important to constantly reiterate that companies of any type, private equity or "entertainment" or whatever, are under NO LEGAL OBLIGATION to ever tell you that they own and control a youtube influencer. Kino Casino could be privately owned by Ben Shapiro and they'd never have to admit it, in fact they could deny it no matter how true it is. This is important to remember regarding both comicsgate and rippaverse (which is simply comicsgate with a different branding label, as was obvious from the start and has been proven many times through the ensuing years).

With alex stein accidentally having admitted that eric july and rippaverse are owned by theblaze, it's important to remember that, with rippaverse inheriting the vast majority of comicsgate's fans, customers, and "creators," this now means that rippaverse was involved in funding the Antifa bailout fund, aka "The Bail Project."

This is a VERY dark secret within comicsgate, there's a reason even rippaverse fans don't bring this up, and that main reason is, as said, most of those people who supported it in comicsgate are now in rippaverse. The connection stems from the fact that it was originally Dynamite Comics that was secretly doing the printing and shipping for ethan van sciver's first Indiegogo campaign for Cyberfrog Blood Honey back in 2018. At the exact same time, Dynamite Comics was directly funding The Bail Project which would bail out members of Antifa who had been arrested for (of course) committing crimes.

Now, if someone dug deep enough, they could probably find The Bail Project bailing out an Antifa member who either had a record of pedophilia or was on the sex offender registry, and it's also possible they bailed out an Antifa member specifically for a sex offense arrest. No one ever did that digging.

It's important to reiterate here that I've never done any digging, on anything, ever. Everything I'm posting is stuff I've barely noticed through casual observation. 99% of this is stuff that people brought to me, apparently hoping I'd do something about it, and then confused when my talking about it didn't instantly go viral. And from there, most of those comicsgate funders and influencers now being in rippaverse also draws a direct line from rippaverse to funding Antifa.

That's right, comicsgate, ethan van sciver, rippaverse, eric july, and everyone who supported them then and supports them now, are on the same side as George Soros.

Another extremely important detail is that Dynamite Comics were about to offer lucrative and validating writing jobs to ethan van sciver's "War Campaign" dox/slander brigade, specifically as a favor to ethan. After all, ethan's Cyberfrog campaigns brought in at least tens of thousands, if not hundreds of thousands, of dollars to Dynamite Comics, and that was simply to print and ship the books to ethan's Indiegogo backers, and all the dupes who drank the comicsgate kool aid. Again, it's important to keep principles consistent and mention that everyone in war campaign now loudly and proudly ( ) supports rippaverse and eric july, even to the point of engaging in the same defamation, deplatforming, censorship, and other leftist tactics/behavior that they did when they did it for ethan van sciver.

The closest anyone in comicsgate came to getting our dox was liam gray (an aussie midget who fully drank the kool aid of "we're fighting the culture war" and kept coming back for seconds, also hilariously self-doxt because he was arrested for being up his grandma) tried to blackmail preston poulter (a guy who was rejected from comicsgate like a year after it had shit itself, turned out he was making cuck porn of himself in real life) for my address. This stems from liam demanding he have the right to sue me in court because I had reuploaded one of his videos where he was wandering around a mall babbling that "anonymous" had hacked the last 5 routers he bought, preventing him from using the internet at home to stream his important streams about how comicsgate and ethan van sciver were winning the culture war against the SJWs (the SJWs, as usual, being other people in comicsgate who were more right wing than ethan, which could be anyone because ethan and comicsgate were all blatantly hard left shitlibtards).

Me and my brother had also done a review of one of the comics liam had uploaded for free on the internet as a "preview" for his full comic, and liam was so desperate that he simply started to pretend that we had pirated his full comic, displayed the entire thing in our review, and therefore were guilty of breaching copyright. He was going around on every stream and social media platform saying that he had gotten "the crown" involved in prosecuting us for violating copyright law, and he mass flagged our channel, hitting us with four copyright strikes at once, instantly shutting our channel down.

However, youtube reviewed the videos he struck, and after a couple of days, they realized that liam was lying, and that our videos were indeed just reviews, and didn't show "the entire comic," and were covered under fair use. Our channel went back up, and liam disappeared for a day or two, coming back with his head shaved and saying that he had gone to the hospital to get an EEG because he was "getting the headaches again."

This wasn't even unusual behavior for comicsgate, this is just one example from one guy of something all of them did constantly, but because comicsgate was playing the "we're totally owning the woke left SJWs," they had all the drama streamers and nerd culture war people on their side, even at this point. Everyone knew ethan van sciver was directly involved, and there was a public paper trail showing that ethan van sciver was paying liam gray at the exact time all of this was happening. It backfired on him, but fortunately no one in the nerd sphere would ever talk about it, especially not metokur, or kino casino (warski blocked people for posting evidence of this), or kiwifarms (a few people criticized ethan for this but they clearly weren't welcome, and ethan would show up in the comicsgate thread where he would constantly receive praise from the majority of the site, lending to the rumor that ethan had bribed null to not talk about this or feature the posts about it, even though kiwifarms having been successfully infiltrated and subverted from within is the biggest news in the history of the site).

In my appeal on youtube, I had given the name and address of DA Talks, with his permission. I knew him because he did the expose on yellowflash's fake dox threat, where yellowflash basically mailed himself a phone, and then made a post saying "SJWs sent me this phone with the GPS on so they could get my address!" No one thought for a second that, for "muh SJWs" to be able to do this, they would've already had to have known his address, and that yellowflash posting about this in public would only confirm to the SJWs that they had supposedly gotten his address. Having used DA's info for the youtube copyright strike appeals (yes, they actually demand you use a real name AND home address to appeal someone's false copyright strike), liam should've given up. Instead, he went after preston poulter, but preston didn't know my address or much of anything about me, because I wasn't even really friends with him, so that went nowhere. Realizing that he could never win, liam went to ethan van sciver and sulked that he had failed to get my dox, also to the disappointment to everyone in comicsgate, which of course includes yellowflash.

Further info on liam gray:

One of his most ardent defenders was RagingGoldenEagle, former MGTOW youtuber turned comicsgater. To this day, RagingGoldenEagle has blocked everyone, with no response, who has asked him why he defended liam gray's false flag copyright strikes. RGE has also put out his own comic with an artist who is such a lolcow that kiwifarms doesn't know it (that in itself being infinitely reliable evidence of someone being a lolcow).

Soon after liam's nightmare of our youtube channel being restored, he flagged us for "harassment," getting the channel finally and permanently banned. However, not all would go well for liam after that. Aside from the relatively minor damage to his reputation (mostly a very tiny handful of people from comicsgate mildly complaining that liam's behavior would backfire on all of them at any unknown time in the future), liam's true damage came when the artist he had worked with since the start of comicsgate, Ody, quit liam AND comicsgate for good following the release of the book he had worked on for about 3 or 4 years.

The book was called Xenotype, and liam had Ody working on a 200 page graphic novel, along with a handful of tie-in comics that were meant to promote the book. The book released with liam wanting it "manga style" because he was calling himself a "mangaka" and he was saying that his comic was actually a "manga." So the art was drawn left to right, but the pages were printed right to left. Yes, liam's big comicsgate epic manga was printed in double reverse. Every copy of it. Upon finding out, the artist quit. There was some cope from liam that "Ody was working on Xenotype 2," but that was proven to be a lie when Ody announced that he had gotten a lucrative deal with Tapas to publish his own comic, Tomahawk Angel. Ody's art is certainly good enough for him to make it on his own. Oddly enough, liam's mental illness allowed him to simply compartmentalize and ignore this, along with pulling the usual comicsgate move of blocking everyone who asked about it.

Around the same time Ody quit, another comicsgate supporter (now former, of course) girl named NerdWonder leaked her DMs of liam gray constantly trying to cybersex her up, showing how desperate and pathetic liam gray is. I'll include them here because he will never not deserve the humiliation, the private behavior of these people deserve to be outed to show how dishonest they are, and finally because it's funny and memeworthy ("I am usually only wanted because I am good at sex and have money," extra lawl because a lot of evidence shows that he lives in a shack on someone else's property that he pretends is his own).

To wrap up that small side story, both liam gray and raging golden eagle (and rge's artist, ToxicManbaby, who still to this day seethes about me) have yet to release a single new book since. They both are claiming to be working on a new book, but it's been about 5 years with nothing. Even if they did release a new book by now, one book every 5 years is not a career, it doesn't even rise to the level of hobby; it's a tepid disinterested pursuit at best.

Regarding Indiegogo, comicsgate's threats against anyone who didn't use it.

From the very beginning of comicsgate, there was a hard rule that if you used Kickstarter, comicsgate would not promote you.

There were a lot of lies and false reasons that comicsgate gave for why this was, but the true reason was that Indiegogo had a sweetheart deal behind the scenes with Ethan Van Sciver that Indiegogo would look the other way from comicsgate's behavior, including TOS/AUP violations (which shouldn't be a big deal normally until comicsgate's violations and actual criminal fraud were taken into consideration), and EVS would then "bring in money" for comicsgate.

Very quickly, for those unfamiliar with crowdfunding or Indiegogo, it's simply a website that allows you to donate to a project of whatever type, whether it's a comic book or some kind of goofy invention. You can also make a campaign for a project and try to get people to donate to you. Kickstarter was and is the biggest crowdfunding website. I've run several comic book campaigns on Kickstarter, which was a good way to offset the cost of paying the artist, which is basically the entire purpose of crowdfunding.

There are a lot of rumors and speculation behind the scenes that a large portion of comicsgate's backing was entirely imaginary. This is another important distinction between Indiegogo and Kickstarter. On Indiegogo, you can donate to yourself. On Kickstarter, you can't. On Indiegogo, if one person donates a hundred dollars one dollar at a time, it counts as a hundred different backers. On Kickstarter, you can't do that (it counts your donation per account, so all you can do is change it to a higher or lower amount, but it only counts as one backer).

This was the reason that comicsgate demanded everyone use Indiegogo, because it's easier to fake the numbers.

This was not a mere suggestion, either. There were many public streamers from comicsgate's inner circle, the "kings" as they called themselves (even from a movement that used to constantly proclaim they had no leaders, to the point of comicsgate fans having hilarious screeching meltdowns about it) announcing that they were going to stop promoting certain creators because they were running a Kickstarter campaign. Doug TenNapel's Earthworm Jim comic and Tim Lim/Mark Pellegrini with Kamen America would constantly get the comicsgate "kings" publicly seething embarrassingly and hilariously, for many reasons, including the use of Kickstarter, which was seen by comicsgate as a personal affront and insult.

Meanwhile, the one thing Indiegogo couldn't stop was the tidal wave of furious backers demanding their money back, threatening to sue comicsgate creators for incompetence and so on. You'd see many comicsgate creators blowing money in public, flaunting it, gloating about it, while their comics were years late. Several comicsgate comic campaigns that were run on Indiegogo would simply fold and cancel their books, with NO REFUNDS. There are hundreds of thousands of dollars worth of comicsgate campaigns that are either still late or have closed up entirely.

It should go without saying that comicsgate in general would always defend "creators" who had taken the money and run. Comics that received the comicsgate backer funding and then canceled their books, all forgiven. Fans patting themselves on the back for being "gracious" in forgiveness. Comicsgate "kings" giving "pardons" to creators who had fucked up their campaigns. It's been 10 years of this, and you still won't hear about it because the big nerd culture youtubers were complicit in all of it. You won't hear nerdrotic or any of his friends talk about this because they all covered it up or were complicit. And all of them were more than happy to have ethan van sciver on to not merely damage control but to completely ignore the topic and instead continue blabbering on about "woke star wars bad."

The failures of comicsgate became so bad that Indiegogo had since added warnings and disclaimers that money would be kept longer and a percentage would be kept for refunds. The damage to Indiegogo's reputation was so bad that they actually had to start enforcing their terms of service.

Although they were still more than happy to look the other way when an eceleb was popular enough, such as with "Cecil" (real name David Volz) who was another one of the many no-talents that leeched onto comicsgate's rising brand at the beginning. When Doug TenNapel denounced comicsgate as being a fake movement (after ethan attacked Doug for being "anti-gay"), cecil joined in on trashing Doug TenNapel by adding a side comic to his Cash Grab comic project (as described above in the Nerkish incident post), specifically attacking Doug TenNapel, called "Dirtworm Dug."

Bonus detail, Cash Grab was drawn by Donal DeLay, who had previously stolen money from another creator in the very early days of comicsgate, regarding the Nassar Rabadi incident, which is a much deeper dive. Though what's more interesting is that Cash Grab ended up being 5 years late, and Donal DeLay's previous history in comics was making a webcomic called "My Poly Life" about being in an open marriage and being a proud cuckold. This is one of the main things that Yellowflash and Thatumbrellaguy would seethe about when comicsgate was being criticized for demonstrably being a pro-cuckold movement (as previously mentioned, thatumbrellaguy is a known proven cuckold, and there are a lot of stories behind the scenes that yellowflash has also had many seats in the cuck chair before, possibly with nick rekieta in the room, but these are not entirely proven, just as rekieta being a cuck wasn't a proven until it was though).

All of this is without even getting into the Ribbitcoin Indiegogo campaign, where ethan van sciver is said to have come his closest to criminal investigation. This is also without getting into the disaster of the Red Rooster campaign. Those are other huge stories.

Some people still aren't aware that Theodore "Teddy "vox "gay" day" Spaghetti" Cavatappi (aka Theodore Beale) is a gigantic blithering faggot, but here's a post about how he hates Larry Correia now, Larry proved that jon del arroz is a faggot. And of course unsurprisingly, the comments section he USED to have is now hidden behind an external website with a login required just to view.

For those who don't know, jon del arroz is one of those comicsgate-type traitors, what's best referred to as a "transpolitical," a gay faggot leftist who dresses up like a "based chud" right winger.

I'll get into this, which is from late last year, because I only recently found out about it, but I'll also go into some further connections of comicsgate, though jon del arroz, to the extent that he deserves anything aside from rape, deserves to have his own post in this megathread about how he has no real principles or morals and his hilarious embarrassing flipflops (along with his new friendship in rippaverse).

Also to disclaim, I have never read any of Larry Correia's books, I don't know what they're like, I don't know what his politics really are (the impression I got from many years ago is that he's generally right wing), and I'm not a fan of his in the sense that I don't really know anything about him. In my world, "not a fan" doesn't mean "dislike," it means "I haven't becoming a drooling gibbering retard in defense of the thing in question."

To cover vox day's very brief affiliation with comicsgate, he initially was one of the people who actually had any publishing power who showed support for the fake gay movement of comicsgate, back in late 2017 to early 2018. In turn, he became directly affiliated with ethan van sciver, and the two of them started working together to trademark the word "comicsgate." When information of this plan became public, the "movement" of comicsgate voiced concern and disapproval for this idea, because at the time the movement still consisted of a portion of gamergate types who actually believed in the great lie of "no leaders," something that comicsgate would very swiftly disprove by immediately worshiping leaders and handing leadership to the first ecelebs that were hungry to grab any crumb of power they could.

As a result, ethan van sciver, always playing to the audience, blamed vox day entirely for the attempted trademark of comicsgate, even though the trademark ended up being quietly applied for by one of ethan van sciver's asskissers. The comicsgate audience proclaimed ethan van sciver their hero and savior for "saving" the movement from being "co-opted" by "the alt right," something ethan van sciver himself would go on to openly claim that he had spent thousands of dollars on lawyers to ensure.

As a result, vox day started being handed credit for "the first person to criticize ethan van sciver and comicsgate," which of course wasn't true, but vox day is the same as ethan van sciver and loves to absorb any potential publicity or claim for anything.

Further proving that vox day is the same as ethan van sciver, both of them had frequently used jon del arroz, a trust fund kid with no talent who had previously been one of the head writers at BoundingIntoComics and is now the founder and lead writer at FandomPulse. With jon del arroz using his trust fund money to pay peanuts to borderline homeless favela-dwelling artists in order to draw his lame comics, that put him years ahead of the majority of comicsgate creators who would take tens of thousands of dollars to make comic books that would usually never be finished at all.

Because jon del arroz was now a "media influencer," both vox gay and reethan van cryberg were happy to make friends with jon del arroz. Over the years, jon del arroz would become known for disgracefully flipflopping between being part of vox day's publishing arm, being pro-comicsgate, being anti-comicsgate, being oddly anti-Iconic Comics and anti-Kamen America, and now he is considered pro-rippaverse, to the point where eric july promotes him by name.

The most embarrassing failure of jon del arroz was his hilarious spectacular uterus-inflamed hysteria over a single panel of Kamen America where the heroine of the comic simply states that "clout chasing isn't heroic" and why she was making an unpopular choice that would result in a public backlash against her. In direct response, jon del arroz started screaming that Kamen America was a "woke SJW comic" that was "attacking him personally." When people asked how he personally was being attacked, he had no answer, which forced even most of his own fans to realize that he was accidentally telling on himself for being a moral coward who was a desperate and still unsuccessful clout chaser to his core, with no integrity or soul behind it.

To this day, as the archived posts prove, vox day chooses to support jon del arroz's empty soulless troon-tier dishonesty above all other things.

@ergo Oh yeah I almost forgot, vox day was one of the biggest "fell for it again" award winners because he was utterly hilariously duped by the QAnon psyop, especially AFTER it was revealed to be obviously fake, to the point where he published comics trying to shill for QAnon (I think Chuck Dixon ended up involved too) and actually kept pushing the "two weeks" shit after it became a shameful meme.

I never really knew what Comicsgate was about. Gamergate I understood, the one shitty game was a catalyst for the whole event, but that kind of stuff happens all the time (Mixtape *cough cough*), what it was really about was this culture-wide frustration at the journalist class that had appointed itself as the filter between fans and creators while having obvious contempt for the fans and the medium itself. What was the catalyst for Comicsgate? Who were the journalists in this scenario, because I never got the impression that comics journalists ever had as much influence over their media as games journalists had over theirs.

@MeBigbrain Gamergate liked saying it was about being against corruption. Comicsgate itself was the corruption. Gamergate had several big events that set it off. Comicsgate was just comic nerds wishing they had anything big to set it off, so they forced it.

One interesting thing that even comicsgate doesn't talk about is that there were a few comics sites, such as comicsalliance, that were blatantly left wing propaganda. All they did was typical promotion of lefty bullshit, though, nothing particularly egregious. And by the time even gamergate started, comicsalliance was already deflated and irrelevant. The mainstream American comics industry had already been dead for many years by that point, and the SJWs weren't even corrupting it, they were simply vultures picking at the bones.

I want to point out that I think this might be the most important story in all of comicsgate, because it reveals how every single youtuber you can think of who was even slightly related to comicsgate covered up for crimes, including fraud and child abuse.

This is also a very essential story because right now eric july's circle of friends, which involve youtubers with millions of subscribers, are using their influence to silence other indie creators who aren't bending the knee. There is not a single dishonest behavior that comicsgate has engaged in that eric july's friends and fans aren't also guilty of, and this is because the majority of the people pushing rippaverse now were directly in comicsgate then. This is the darkest secret of the whole indie comics world right now, which is happening right out in front of everyone's faces, and they won't admit it. In 5 years, people are going to be acting puzzled and confused as to why everyone went along with it the whole time, and/or saying "whatever happened with that whole rippaverse thing, that was supposed to be the biggest indie comic in history and it just disappeared?"

Originally in the early days of comicsgate, a ton of people in comicsgate would constantly screencap our discord server, desperately hoping for anything to use against us, and of course only finding stuff to seethe about. Comicsgate fans are such boomers (spiritually AND literally) that they never understood that we were going to just laugh that much harder at them when 50 people who had us blocked would be crying on twitter about how we made fun of them on our discord, which they screencapped, posted, and then would claim that we were the ones obsessed with them (we never screencapped their tweets or any discord servers they had).

Years later, when rippaverse started, they'd start screencapping our discord again. I know at least one guy who was an actual author ended up in one of the screencaps and left our discord entirely, not wanting to be a target for eric july's army of shills and popular youtube influencers. He had his fans openly gloating about flagging people for making fun of him. Behind the scenes, rippaverse's friends and fans celebrate that. They love running people out of being creators, and you have to bend the knee to the lowest depths in order to be granted their support.

They are all anti-creator. They want to silence independent voices, and they already have. If you're on fediverse, you have already said something that they would (or have) deplatform you over. It doesn't matter how much they tell you they're anti woke and based. They are against everything you are for.
